The first collaboration album between テレビ君 and Dixon Hill is slated to arrive this summer 2025. “It’s Never Dark When You’re Here”, is the soundtrack to a post apocalyptic world where テレビ君 and Little Jammer band together to unlock the mystery of their origin, their world, and the nefarious forces behind the very fabric of their shared reality.
This album represents a sonic departure for Dixon Hill, who is known in the world of underground hip hop for his soulful sample flips and boom bap roots. “It’s Never Dark When You’re Here” is an eclectic philosophical exploration in sound, consisting entirely original compositions, featuring friends and family. Deeply personal, jubilant, and morose, the album explores our pendular relationship with technology and how it shapes our identities.
This album precedes a video game of the same name. While still under development, this music is the foundation for the visual language of the game world and characters. Follow our development process and don’t miss an opportunity to contribute to our project!
